Publish the Physical AI restoration merged in #6477: preserve the installed dark workbench and Hardware navigation, add dark Hardware filtering to the free history view, and carry node-owned UI metadata inside the encrypted snapshot. Also include the reviewed Assistant durable-timeout and existing OpenDots runtime-filter corrections.

Validation: the source head passed all 65 checks, including native Factory review and 4,187 regression tests. Independent reviews reproduced the actual native Jumper simulation recording through daemon-owned storage and the query proxy, with 366 events, 22 joints, correct hardware switching and desktop/mobile layout. The Assistant receipt-barrier and persisted OpenDots filtering regressions failed before correction and passed afterward. Release-note wording was independently reviewed.

This PR adds only the release notes. The release workflow assigns the version and publishes the artifact; actual wheel inspection and coordinated local/cloud qualification follow publication. The additional private Jumper renderer and private OpenDots adapter remain held behind their existing release gates.

Product records and execution evidence: .sw-factory/JUMPER-OSS/, .sw-factory/assistant/ and .sw-factory/PHYSICAL-AI-UI-RESTORE/; existing OpenDots AC-GOV-ERS-011.

No-PRD: Release packaging of already-reviewed and merged #6477, with no new product behavior or commercial decision.

Prepared with Codex following the repository delivery workflow.
