Two labs data is missing in the lds database

1. General Purpose Production Shop Simulation Lab
2. Marine simulation lab

General Purpose Production Shop Simulation Lab is asking for a user login/register in order to view the experiments. The login functionality seems to be broken unabling us to view the experiments. We would still create the lab specification and update the database keeping the experiment list empty.

The above mentioned two labs are updated in the lds database. Now the total count of labs on lds are 181.
