Adds Agentic Cortex, a coordination/governance layer for resolving conflicts between multiple domain-specific AI agent recommendations (e.g., a cost-optimization agent and a reliability agent disagreeing on the same resource). Built on LangGraph, with an OPA policy engine and drift-detection loop. MIT licensed.
