v0's mergeProps assigns even undefined keys, so a wrapper cannot force readonly (or any other control attr) over an ambient Input.Root. Inside an ambient root, BuInput / BuTextarea ignore v-model, type, disabled, readonly, required, name, form, id, and validation props — the root's control attrs win.
Documented as a known limitation in @paper/bulma SPEC.md. Emerald owns its own Root and does not hit this.
