Description
Resolves WBDOCS-831. This extracts the best practices outlined in Uma's notion doc and integrates them throughout the Weave docs.
Some of the practices mentioned in Uma's doc already exist in the docs (the ticket is quite old), so not everything mentioned there is covered here.
