Bumps orval from ^8.20.0 to ~8.24.0. Pinned below 8.25.0: that release's fetch
client adds a `getHeaders` helper (for orval #3880) that references the
`HeadersInit` global and returns `Record<string, string>`, which does not
type-check under our `lib: ["ES2022"]` (no DOM) tsconfig with @types/node +
@types/bun in scope:
- TS2304: Cannot find name 'HeadersInit'
- TS2345/TS2322: header value type `string | readonly string[]` is not
assignable to `Record<string, string>`
8.24.0 is the newest release without that template, and regenerates cleanly
(typecheck + 27 tests green; still emits per-op `title`s used by tool
descriptions). `~8.24.0` allows 8.24.x patches but holds back 8.25.
