Ignore Patterns not work for Upload Changed Files

[yasinkuyu]

Thanks for reporting this!

Fixed in ae4805d: Upload Changed Files now applies the ignore patterns (the same rules as sync; the defaults such as node_modules and .vscode are used when no list is set). Changed files outside the configured local folder (context / localPath) are skipped as well, and the file picker shows how many files were skipped.

In addition, .git and .vscode/sftp.json are never uploaded anymore — also not by folder uploads/downloads — since sftp.json can contain credentials.

This will ship in 1.3.1. If you still see ignored files being uploaded after updating, please reopen this issue with your ignore patterns.
