@copilot we are about to release this PR as V3.2 - update readme doc to explain the changes. Update Samples\Sample.ConsoleApp to include this as a sample case too.

Addressed in 4d128e5. I updated the root README to document the V3.2 self-referential pipeline constraint behavior and added a matching Sample.ConsoleApp scenario showing both the successful IValuePipelineBehavior path and the error-result fallback path.
