Stop startup and the CipherStick menu from invoking the legacy bails-wallet GUI on current stable Tails. Keep spaced repetition, release the transient Persistent Storage passphrase after it is used, and correct user-facing metadata and scope documentation so the disabled Codex32 interface is not presented as available. Replacement Codex32 restoration remains tracked separately in issue #215. Fixes #214.

What
Stop launching or exposing the legacy GTK3 Codex32 wallet flow on current Tails while keeping Persistent Storage passphrase training intact.
Why
The legacy wallet GUI loops on current stable Tails and should fail closed while replacement restoration is developed separately.
