I don't understand the failure on x86_64-apple-darwin. It might be ephemeral. Could you restart this build?

Test failure is #51811 (comment) and that PR should be reverted if no one has a quick solution because it's making CI fail everywhere.

What is the status? Can we re-try the CI build? Or should I merge in the master branch?

There's no point in re-running CI which will fail again anyway.

This PR bumps the version from 46 to 47. The CVE only applies to 45 (neither older nor newer). Consequently that back-port request is based on incorrect information.

The CVE does not apply to any of those prior Julia versions because they do not depend on 10.45.

Do we want to update/backport at least 1.10 (maybe also 1.11 since also buggy, or just skip that one?) because of:

PCRE2-10.43

There are a lot of changes in this release. Those that are not just bugfixes
