Prepare KakeFlow v1.3.0 with the replacement updater trust root and one manual upgrade from v1.2.1. Incorporates the merged rustls/GLib security patch and keeps host proc-macro libraries unstripped to avoid the macOS loader LINKEDIT alignment defect; compile-time path remapping and packaged privacy checks remain required.
Validation: frontend lint and 19 native release contract tests pass at e833b33; pinned OCR resources verified. The SQL migration fixture passes but is not installed SQLCipher/Keychain/vault upgrade proof. Native packaging completed at e833b33. codesign, packaged smoke (13 visible pages, 14 interactions, IPC, database and bundle privacy), read-only DMG smoke, updater signature verification and tamper rejection all pass. Current Rust CI remains in progress.
Publication gates still outstanding: disposable installed upgrade acceptance, recoverable off-machine signing-key backup confirmation, exact-head CI, and public download verification. v1.2.1 remains the published desktop release. Keep this PR draft until those gates are complete.
