Add TIDA-010266 blood pressure monitor reference design

Summary

• add the missing TPS7A2433, ATL431LI, LMV324A, and 2SMPP03 TI chip models and extend the MSPM0L1306/DRV8210 symbols
• recreate the TIDA-010266 blood-pressure and heart-rate monitor as reusable subcircuits composed in an examples/ schematic
• use schematicsheet, schematicsection, chip pinStyle, and inline net labels to closely match the TI reference layout
• add a 5000×3100 circuit-to-svg schematic snapshot plus BOM and net-topology coverage

Validation

• bun run typecheck
• bun test tests/TIDA010266.test.tsx (2 pass)
• full suite: 41 tests pass when run per test file
• focused tsci build for the TIDA-010266 example
