날짜 범위 선택기(Segment Control)의 접근성(Accessibility)을 개선했습니다.

• 커스텀 세그먼트 컨트롤을 묶어주는 role="group"과 aria-label="날짜 범위 선택" 추가
• 현재 선택된 프리셋을 명시하는 aria-pressed 속성 추가
• 키보드 탭(Tab) 사용자를 위한 focus-visible (포커스 링) 스타일 추가
• 관련 컴포넌트(date-range-picker.tsx) 유닛 테스트 작성 (100% 커버리지)

🎯 Why: The user problem it solves

기존에는 키보드로 탭 이동 시, 현재 날짜 범위 선택기에 포커스가 있는지 시각적으로 확인하기 어려웠습니다. 또한 스크린 리더 사용자는 이것이 여러 버튼이 묶인 그룹(Segment Control)인지, 그리고 현재 어느 버튼이 선택된 상태인지 알 방법이 없었습니다. 이를 웹 표준과 ARIA 권장 패턴에 맞게 개선하여 키보드 및 스크린 리더 사용자의 경험을 상향시켰습니다.

• Before: 키보드 포커스 링 없음. 스크린 리더 시맨틱(aria-pressed 등) 누락.
• After: 키보드 포커스 링 표시(focus-visible). 시맨틱 완비 및 테스트 케이스 작성 완료.
